How do you cross or twist 2 bracelets? I have seen people wear 2 bracelets and its twisted so there is a gap in between both of them on the bottom and top of their wrist...can anyone tell me how to do that? need more details?? Dreamer, that didn't work. Can you explain more?

my cross country coach gave us a routine kind of for summer training. it says just to run a certain amount of miles per week. and each week it increases. But, i've been looking things up. and it says how some days i need to do these shorten runs, and other days longer runs.and all these different things. and i need to practice hill running. i need to go by the coach's thing. But i know i can twist it partially to improve. But not a lot.
