How do you cross or twist 2 bracelets? I have seen people wear 2 bracelets and its twisted so there is a gap in between both of them on the bottom and top of their wrist...can anyone tell me how to do that? need more details??

Step1Take the first bracelet and fold it in half forming a U. Step2Take the second bracelet and do not bend it. Put the straight bracelet through one of the sides of the U. Step3Now bend the straight bracelet down into the center of the U bracelet. Step4Now pull. Step5You are ready to place your twisted bracelet on your arm. Enjoy.

I am really sick of the ACLU and the Atheists.. If they do not like how our country is go somewhere else. They are always just trying to stir up hatred. Why can't Christians be allowed to hang a cross anywhere. They don't pick on Muslims and tell them not to bring there rugs or not to wash their feet in the public bathroom. Best ways to practice routine running for cross country?
my cross country coach gave us a routine kind of for summer training. it says just to run a certain amount of miles per week. and each week it increases. But, i've been looking things up. and it says how some days i need to do these shorten runs, and other days longer runs.and all these different things. and i need to practice hill running. i need to go by the coach's thing. But i know i can twist it partially to improve. But not a lot.
